SIMO is a well-established industrial company based in Camerano (Marche), active for over 60 years in the design and manufacture of plastic extrusion equipment for materials such as PVC, ABS, PC, PA, PP, PE, TPE, TPV, RICE FIBRE, WPC. We produce dies and calibrators for single-extrusion and co-extrusion systems, with a constant focus on reliability, precision and build quality.
Thanks to the use of technologically advanced machinery and the contribution of highly specialised staff, SIMO has grown steadily over the decades, establishing itself as a reference point in the Italian market and successfully developing its presence in foreign markets, particularly in Germany.

Our Know-How
RINA Quality Management System Certification
In 2012, SIMO obtained certification from RINA for its Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, as the culmination of a path undertaken with the aim of improving business processes and pursuing customer satisfaction.
We start by listening directly to the client, analysing application requirements, production objectives and line specifications. Continuous technical dialogue allows us to build a tailor-made solution from the very beginning, developed in full synergy.

Prototype design
The prototype takes shape from the indications shared with the client and from the actual conditions of use. The design is oriented towards extrusion feasibility, profile precision and production stability.

Testing and fine-tuning
The prototype is tested to verify performance, tolerances and the quality of the final result. This is followed by technical fine-tuning, necessary to optimise operation before definitive production start-up.
